Life happens — I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer fee is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule within 30 days (based on my availability).

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit the retainer.

Studio sessions may also have separate reschedule fees, depending on the rental policy.
